An extra year of protection, with priority care from DEMAX.

DEMAX Care+ adds 12 months to your lights’ standard 24-month warranty, for 36 months in total from delivery of the covered set, with priority DEMAX support.

What’s included

12 additional months of warranty. Coverage continues from month 25 to month 36 for manufacturing defects and malfunctions covered by the standard warranty terms. Accidental damage is excluded; the exclusions set out in the warranty terms continue to apply.

Priority support by email. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue: we will check your coverage and give your request priority.

Covered products

DEMAX Care+ is available for DEMAX LED headlight and tail light sets for Fiat, Abarth and BMW. Turn signals, small LED lights and other accessories are excluded.

How it works

Add DEMAX Care+ together with your lights when placing your order. Coverage is automatically registered in our systems and linked to your order: no activation is required.

The total 36-month period starts on the delivery date of the covered set. DEMAX Care+ is a service: you will not receive a physical product. The presentation box in the image represents the warranty service.

One plan per set

One DEMAX Care+ covers one set of lights. Buying two sets? Add two plans to protect both.

If you buy multiple sets with just one plan, it is assigned to the lowest-value set.
