Returns and Refunds

Do you want to return a product or request a refund?
No problem, just follow these simple steps. The process is quick and takes only a few minutes.

Not satisfied with your purchase?

Here's how to initiate a return:

  1. Retrieve your order number , available in your purchase confirmation email.
  2. Contact us via the support icon at the bottom right or by sending an email to info @demaxled .it , specifying the order number and your return request.
  3. We will provide you with instructions to return the product to our warehouse. Your refund will be processed immediately upon arrival and inspection of the product.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are at your expense.
  • The product must be returned in original condition and without signs of use or damage.

You have 15 days from the receipt of the item to request a return. After this period, the request cannot be accepted.

Did you receive a defective product?

If the product has defects, follow these steps:

  1. Take a photo or video of the product clearly highlighting the issue. Provide 2-3 images for accurate assessment.
  2. Retrieve your order number from your confirmation email.
  3. Send everything via email to info @demaxled .it .

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm if your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days .
  • Please note that processing times by your bank or credit card company may vary.

Important:
